Refund policy

We hope that you are happy with your items from Safi Tanzania. But if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may complete a returns request using the form below and await confirmation.

Once you've received your return request confirmation, you may send your undamaged, unwashed, and unused item(s) with the original receipt for a full refund or exchange within a 10-day period from when you made the purchase. It must also be in the original packaging. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes:

- Earrings

- Men's boxers

- Gift cards  

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

 - Anything with obvious signs of use

 - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 - Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.

If your return is received and approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed. Your credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: SAFI Tanzania, Old Moshi Road, Usa River.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 225,000TZS, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
